These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the atas99 platform, including all gaming products, promotional offers, financial transactions, and support services. Please read this Agreement in full before creating an account or placing any wager on atas99.
By accessing the atas99 website at atas99.win, creating a member account, or placing any wager or financial transaction through the atas99 platform, you ("Member", "you", "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and atas99 ("atas99", "we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the atas99 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
To register and maintain an account on atas99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
atas99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including identity documents and proof of age, at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the atas99 platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, are prohibited. atas99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your atas99 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. atas99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify atas99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the atas99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to MYR deposits made via supported payment methods, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the atas99 cashier interface. These amounts are subject to change at the discretion of atas99 with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. atas99 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, though delays may occur due to payment processor schedules or compliance review requirements.
4.4 Fraud Prevention. atas99 employs automated and manual fraud detection. Deposits or withdrawals suspected to be associated with money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation. atas99 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected financial crime.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. atas99 reserves the right to void transactions and suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.
5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers published on the atas99 platform are subject to individual eligibility criteria and wagering requirements that are specified in the relevant promotion terms. General eligibility requires a verified account in good standing.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded through atas99 promotions are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each promotion are disclosed in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 One Promotion Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, atas99 promotional offers are limited to one claim per member, per household, and per device. Evidence of promotion abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in disqualification and account action.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. atas99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring the terms applicable to bonuses already credited to member accounts.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the atas99 platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between a game's individual rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game, server, or network malfunction that interrupts a game round, atas99 will void the affected round and refund the wager placed. atas99 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. atas99 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout for a game type may be limited to the stated maximum.
6.4 Voided Bets. atas99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed using funds that are the subject of a pending fraud investigation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the atas99 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the atas99 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from any atas99 content without our prior written consent.
Your use of the atas99 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, atas99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if atas99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.2 atas99's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 By atas99. atas99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including (but not limited to): breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or suspicion of money laundering. In the event of account closure for reasons other than member misconduct, atas99 will return the available account balance to the member via the original deposit method.
12.2 By the Member. You may close your atas99 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed normally following account closure. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which atas99 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through atas99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming regulatory authority for adjudication in accordance with their published dispute resolution procedures.
atas99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Substantive amendments will be communicated to members via a notice published on the atas99 platform or by email to the registered account address at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the atas99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
